I’ve made a vow. NEVER CARRY HATE, ANGER, OR RESENTMENT…. Easier said then done, huh? Well, my commitment to eternal peace has kept me sane. Don’t get me wrong, people have hurt, used, and left me without an answer. That is the worse kind of pain. To be left without an explanation of “why”. Yet, through my pain I have trained, yes, trained myself to understand my role, their possible role, kiss the event with a prayer, and let it go. The burning emotion of rage peeks its ugly head sometimes, but I am reminded that through forgiveness, there is a freedom. A freedom to not carry tragedy to my path to success. So, place your luggage down, say goodbye, and hitchhike to your next journey. Remember, forgiveness is your road to recovery.
